Policies: Full refund if canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival; cancelation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the amount refunded. If canceled within 60 days of arrival, refund only if we can rebook, or refund for any part we are able to rebook. Cancelation fee of 3.5% will also be charged.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit; Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if your deposit is not received 60 days prior to arrival. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check Out Time is 10:00 a.m. Unless other arrangements are made. Rates are subject to tax and cleaning fee Rates over the holidays may be higher.
We reserve the right to change our rates without notice.
OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to number of confirmed guests. Receptions, luau's, and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed outside only. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation. |
