Full refund if canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival; cancelation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the amount refunded. If canceled within 60 days of arrival, refund only if we can rebook, or refund for any part we are able to rebook. Cancelation fee of 3.5% will also be charged.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit; Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require payment in full.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check Out Time is 10:00 a.m.
Unless other arrangements are made. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when possible.

OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to number of confirmed guests, including children. Receptions, luau's, and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is allowed outside only. Some accommodations allow smoking only off the property.
